Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 19 October 2026 · Univibe Technologies Limited, Nairobi, Kenya

These standards apply to everyone who uses the Univibe app and website. They explain how Univibe ("we", "us") prevents, detects, reports and removes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Our commitment

Univibe has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. Univibe is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create or use an account, and we act to remove any account or content that endangers minors.

2. Prohibited content and behaviour

  • Any CSAM, or any sexual content involving, depicting, or exploiting a minor.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to contact a minor for a sexual purpose.
  • Any content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors in any way.

Posting any of the above is a serious violation and results in immediate removal and account termination.

3. How to report a child safety concern

  • In the app: use the Report option on any post, profile or message, and choose the child-safety reason. Reported content is sent to our moderation queue.
  • By email: contact our designated point of contact at [email protected] with the details. Child safety reports are treated as urgent.

4. How we respond

  • We review child safety reports as a priority and remove violating content.
  • We suspend or permanently terminate the accounts involved.
  • We preserve relevant records where appropriate to support an investigation.
  • We report apparent CSAM and child endangerment to the relevant regional and national authorities.

5. Cooperation with authorities

Univibe complies with all relevant child safety laws and cooperates with law enforcement and child-protection bodies, including national authorities in the regions where we operate, to report and help investigate CSAM and child exploitation.

6. Enforcement

Violations of these standards lead to content removal, account suspension or permanent termination, and reporting to the authorities where required. We review these standards regularly and may update them.

7. Designated point of contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety (CSAE/CSAM) matters is able to speak to our prevention practices and compliance:
